I am enjoying my new toy. I made another Lemon Cranberry bread today. This one was more like the dessert loaf I am looking for. Quick Breads don't rise so this one was wide as opposed to high. It was only about 2 inches tall at the very most. Very good though. Funny to see a bread that way!

Once again I am lazy tonight and don't want to type out the recipe. Tuesday and Wednesday this week are busy, busy. I will try to get it posted this week though for all those who are interested.

More and more and more snow today. Nice out but this white stuff keeps falling!
