I need to post some recipes too, a friend lent me a Tuscan recipe book and so far I have made the white beans with sage and rosemary from our herb garden and the ribolitta (bread soup). I shared the soup with two neighbors and have already had two bowls of it since Sunday with at least two more left. (It's best the day after you make it). It's about 69 here in the shade, so most of this site's posters will think that's not cold at all, but for us Arizonians it's chilly!
