PUMPKIN PIE YOGURT

1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chopped pecans

Combine the yogurt, pumpkin, honey, and pumpkin-pie spice in a bowl.

Spoon the mixture into 2 chilled dessert dishes and sprinkle with the chopped pecans. Cover and refrigerate, or serve immediately.
