Hi! I'm assuming you mean one that contains no eggs? A tape I heard from a chiropractor suggests to simply take a ripe avocado, peel and remove pit. Cut into chunks and place in a blender or food processor with some lemon juice (to prevent it from turning blak) and some low-fat sour cream or yogurt. If you do not eat diary, just use the lemon juice with some of your favorite seasonings. I like a dash of garlic powder and black pepper. This spreads great on sandwiches and can be used as a dip too! Enjoy! |
