Yes, the egg replacer is called Energy egg replacer. I have not used it much. It is not supposed to work well with commercial mixes but it did fine with the corn bread mix. I am going to use applesauce for a turkey-laof I am doing tomorrow. Wish me luck. I hope it tastes ok. I just want to stear clear of eggs so I don't accidently give some to my daughter (as I have before). I have found it is harder than I thought. Even things like fig nutons has egg whites.
