A neighbor of ours fell recently and broke her elbow, the neighbors are taking turns bringing meals over to her. I am asking for your help on what I should bring, her husband is a vegetarian, she and her 2 children (11 & 8) are not but do love veggies. I don't want to be the one bringing ANOTHER lasagna!! Can anyone suggest an entree and a dessert for me? Thank you for your help:)
