I have so enjoyed your squash recipes that you and Seppo have been posting recently! It is one of my favorites.
I had a question about you butternut and savory onion butter recipe. You listed bay leaves as an ingredient but didn't mention what you do with the bay leaves in your directions. How do you use it?
Also, I have a really yummy butternut squash bread recipe that a reader sent into The Herb Companion magazine several years ago. It is basically a white bread with butternut grated and combined into the dough. Let me know if you would like the recipe. Thanks...Kathleen
