I know an easy way to make sorbet which is actually very good. You buy canned fruit that is packed in heavy syrup. You pour the entire contents of the can into the blender and puree it. Pour it into a freezer containter and freeze until firm. My favorite is with canned peaches. I hope you enjoy it too!
