delicious. I am definitely going to try it and I'll let you know. Rioght now
I'm coming down to the deadline for the book so I am still fine tuning a few of
my own recipes. Once, I finish that, I can't wait to begin trying all of the
recipes that you have posted.

The weather here is nicer today. Sunny and about 50 degrees. The lake is still
forzen and there is still quite a bit of snow in places but we are all itching
for Spring to finally break. We know this is just a tease for us. Spring makes
a few false starts here each year before it finally settles in for good, which
isn't usually until the beginning of May or so. Even then, we still get snow
till the end of May. The weather here is strange. As one guest says "You do
have _weather_ up there," meaning that it is always strange and extreme.
