Iris’ Broccoli Salad
1 bunch of broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces 1/4 cup chopped green onion 1 cup chopped celery 2 cups red seedless grapes cut in half 1/4 cup sliced or slivered almonds or sunflower seeds 1/2 pound of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Dressing 1 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. white vinegar 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. Curry powder Mix together and pour over salad just before serving.
