In SA we have Eno's which is a sachet of dissolvable granules which is generally used as an antacid or to relieve a bloating feeling after overeating!!!

I am going to search the web for an alternative, but your pharmacist should have it. It is not a drug, but an activating agent like baking powder to make the pancake airy.

It is similar to TUMS, but in a granule form and is made by Glaxosmithwelcome.
