Hi Terrie,

Got a sachet of Eno's with me. It is a 5gram serving and the ingredients consist of

2.32g Sodium Bicarbonate
2.18g Citric Acid
0.5g Soduim carbonate

hopes this helps.

My feeling is that u can use 5grams of Bicarbonate soda and it should be fine!!!
