thanks for sharing the info you have, actually i had no idea that you could freeze firm Tofu until Emily asked and i did a search. Also thanks for the enclosed recipes - they all sound great. My partner and i both like Tofu and don't eat enough of it - with the help of your tasty sounding recipes we no longer have an excuse! Have you tried Polenta? We buy it in block form and i cut it into cubes and fry with some herbs, olive oil and garlic, it's so yummy! Nice texture and lovely crispy bits round the outside. There are lots of other ways with it that i haven't tried yet. I have tried making Polenta from scratch but it was a dissaster, went all lumpy! Still, i might give it a go again at some point but the pre-made block form is so easy, it hardly seems worth the effort!
