Sharon, This recipe for pimentos and cheese is very basic, although you'll be suprised at how great it turns out.
Pimentos and Cheese
2 Bags of 4-cheese shredded cheese (Kraft) 1 (16 oz.)container of Breakstone's Sour Cream 1 (4 oz.)jar of pimentos garlic powder to taste (optional) onion, minced or onion powder to taste
In a large bowl, mix together cheese, pimentos with juice, and about 3/4 of the sour cream. (With the sour cream, combine with cheese until desired consistency is reached--should be about 3/4 of the container.) Once thoroughly mixed, coat with generous helping of garlic powder and mix again. You may need to adjust for taste and liking, but it is sure to be a winner... Good Luck and hope you enjoy.
