Lentil Loaf....

2 cups cooked Lentils
1 cup cooked medium brown rice
1 cup bulgur wheat
1 cup garbonzo flour
mixed with~2/3 cups cold water
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp sea salt~optional
1 tsp sage
1 Tbsp unrefined vegetable oil

Drain the cooked lentils and grains..Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30~45 minutes. Spoon gravy or catsup over top.
