This recipe was alright the first few times I made it, but I decided I could stand a couple more calories so I substituted feta cheese for the cottage cheese. Now this recipe is as good as it should be, I haven't looked for low-fat feta but I'm sure you can find it somewhere. If you've got the gumption, I usually substitute about 2 to 2-1/2 cups fresh spinach for the frozen, I know it all turns out mushy in the end, but I think the fresh makes a difference too. |
