WILD RICE, MUSHROOM, AND PEPPER PIZZA

1 cup pizza sauce
1 (10 ounce) Boboli (prebaked) pizza crust
1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced in thin rounds
4 ounces grated low fat soy cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over Boboli.

Sprinkle wild rice over pizza sauce and top with the remaining ingredients.

Bake 12 minutes at 450 degrees F.
