I have tons of pasta type recipes... I love to make pasta because it's so easy. Here are a couple of my all time favorites. My husband likes them so I'll bet they're kid-friendly too!

Ziti
2 packages of ziti pasta or whatever small pasta you like
1 ball of mozzarella
1 jar of spaghetti sauce (your personal favorite)
1 container of ricotta cheese
Crushed red pepper if you want it spicy
Italian seasonings

Boil pasta (a little underdone) drain it and add spaghetti sauce, ricotta and seasonings. Grate mozarella and spread evenly over the top of the casserole. Freeze. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Bake with foil over the top.

Sprial Sausage Bake

2 packages spiral sausage (I use the mixed colors)
1 package sausage (Like Jimmy Dean)
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 ball mozzarella cheese
Bread crumbs

Cook pasta (underdone a bit) and drain. Cook sausage and drain on paper towels.
Combine spaghetti sauce, pasta, sausage and enough bread crumbs to make it like the consistancy of sloppy joes. Grate mozzarella and spread over the top. Bake at 350 with foil over the top. Should take about 45 minutes.
