I make this all the time-don't have
the patience to wait for the coffee
maker!
7 TBS. instant coffee
1 1/2 TBS. cocoa
1 3/4 cup powdered creamer
1 cup sugar
Shake above together in coffee can.
For cinnamon coffee-add about 1 tsp.
cinnamon (and a pinch of Chinese
spice powder, if you have it),
or give the "plain" mix along with
a bag of "dessert mints". You can
drop those in your mix, after it's
been added to your hot water.
