I'm doing my first once a month cooking tomorrow! All the prep work was done today. I got all of my recipes off the internet - just do a search for "once a month cooking" or "OAMC". There are several sites that explain how this works, typical day doing this, what works & doesn't... as well as a ton of recipes or links to sites that will have recipes. Sorry I can't recommend any recipes - I didn't try them yet! If it works, I'll post back here with a recipe or two.
