I have a question, most of these recipes seem to be loaded with fat and calories which I cannot have. Have you come across many low fat-recipes or any experience with substituting? For instance, I use ground turkey, fat free cheese, no egg (allergy to both egg and egg subs-which are just egg whites), chicken. It may seem silly but do you think I could do it or is it mostly a beef kinda thing? Hope to hear from you all soon and I will do a search as well.
