Here is a very easy lasagna recipe that you don't have to precook the noodles. I have never made it with the meat in it but you can easily add 1/2 to 1 pound cooked ground beef or sausage to the spaghetti sauce. Quick and Easy Lasagna 9 strips lasagna noodles 32 oz prepared spaghetti sauce 15 oz drained cottage cheese 12 oz grated mozzarella 1/4 cup grated parmesan In greased 9x13 baking pan, place small amount of shaghetti sauce. Place three strips uncooked lasagna noodles lengthwise, spread with 1/3 of spaghetti sauce, 1/3 cottage cheese and 1/3 of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering process twice. Sprinkle parmesan cheese across the top. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking additional 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. The noodles have always come out perfect and even when I messed up the layering process really bad one time, it still tasted great! Enjoy!
