I do just about any cookie dough and put into the freezer. I make them until right before the baking stage. Place on cookie sheet just until frozen (doesn't take much time) and then place in freezer bags. I then pull out just what I need and bake. You might add a little bit more time, but doesn't take long for it to thaw. If it is a type of cookie that takes a glaze or frosting, I do that fafter I bake. Hope this helps, Mrs. Food |
