Hi Joel,
This is one of my favorites. My sister got it from her MIL and so on and so
on. I could eat the whole batch myself but I don't :)

Walnut Icebox Cookies
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter
3 cups flour (you may need a little more if dough is too wet to handle)
2 eggs
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. baking soda ( dissolved in 1 tsp. hot water)

Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs, nuts and flour( add flour a little
at a time). Make a long roll, wrap in waxed paper and put in fridge overnight.
Slice roll very thin, the thinner the better. Bake at 350*F for about 12
minutes. Mmmm delicious! Enjoy!

Donna
