Hi Dlane, This is a family favorite, and is always enjoyed by company. It will make two generous loafes. It stays moist for days and freezes very well. I like to serve with cream cheese.

CRANE HOUSE PUMPKIN BREAD

1 cup salad oil 3 1/3 cups flour
4 beaten eggs 1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup water 1 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups canned pumpkin 1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda 3 cups sugar
1 cup raisins 1 cup chopped nuts

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Mix together oil, eggs,water and pumpkin. Add flour ,salt,nutmeg,cinnamon,baking soda and sugar. Mix well. Add raisins and nuts. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. (test center) ENJOY!
