My family doesn't like leftovers (or foods that taste like it) so I am reserching recipes that can be frozen raw then cooked later. DO you get good results from ground beef (like premade meatballs/meatloaf) frozen raw or are there some spices that will not freeze well raw and I should cook first to maintain a good flavor ? I see most recipes do cook the food all the way first
before freezing ? Is that for convienence or safty or flavor ? Thanks in advance ... Jamie
