This is a great recipe every time i have made it everyone has loved it & you can make this a day ahead. It is very very good!! also could you send me some info on how you became a personal chef ? thank you .

Stuffed pork roast:

1 pork roast ( you can use any size )
5 cloves of garlic ( peeled & crushed )
salt & pepper
1 bunch of celantro( chopped)
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teas chili powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
5-6 slices if bacon

Jelly roll cut your roast so it lays out flat. mix your dry ingredients together add the garlic & oil mix well then spread it on the roast.then lay the cilantro on top of the oil mixture ( now you can add guyer or ramano cheese if you like , I have added onions but I thought it was too strong, it is up to you ) now roll up the roast Jellyroll style then wrap it up with bacon ( we like the pepper bacon) bake at 325 for 45 min to 1 hour depending on how big the roast. I serve mine with new potatoes or couscous & a spinach salad.
