Did this a month ago when company was coming for a week: I made up 10 packages of bread mix - everything but the water and yeast... then when I was pie-eyed from all the day's activities and the late nights, all I had to do was get a ziplock baggie out, measure the 1 1/4 cups hot water and put into the pan, plunk the mix in and measure the 3/4 tsp. yeast and away it went! Sure saved a lot of time and effort when there wasn't a whole lot of energy left at midnight! I've done this for pizza dough mixes also.
