I am looking for a recipe for "instant" pudding mix. I am using recipes that use sugar free, fat free puddings, but do not want to use so much artificial sweetners, so I would like to make my own mix using a natural sugar substitute. I have to use the dry mix in the majority of the recipes.Any ideas?
