This recipe is in response to Adana from Republic, MO

Breakfast Casserole

8 slices bread, toasted and cubed
1 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, swiss or cheddar
1 1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp dried mustard
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can mushroom stems and pieces, reserve the liquid

Spray the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with PAM cooking spray. Sprinkle the bread cubes over the bottom of the baking dish. Cover the bread cubes with the cooked sausage, then sprinkle with cheese. Whisk the 1 1/2 cups milk,eggs, salt and mustard together in a small mixing bowl. Pour this over the sausage and cheese. Mix the 1/2 cup milk, the soup and the mushrooms together and pour over the egg mixture.

Cover with plastic wrap and let set up overnight in the refrigerator.

Take out the next morning and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-55 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
