Hi, I'm not sure if these are what you are looking for, but here are a few different cheese ball recipes. Only one uses butter though. I will keep looking for a strawberry one too!
PINEAPPLE CHEDDAR CHEESE BALL
2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened 1 can (8 1/2 oz) crushed pineapple, drained 10 ounces cheddar cheese, grated 2 tablespoons chopped green onions 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 cups pecans, chopped
In a medium bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and grated cheddar cheese.
Add crushed pineapple, chopped green onions, and Worcestershire sauce.
Shape into a ball and chill.
TO SERVE: Roll in chopped pecans until evenly coated. Serve with crackers or baguettes.
