VELVEETA CHEESE BALLS
2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese 1 pound Velveeta cheese 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder TO SERVE: finely chopped pecans (for garnish) crackers
Let cheeses soften or put in microwave (on defrost) until softened.
Blend all ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth. Chill in refrigerator until workable, about an hour or so.
TO SERVE: Divide into balls. Roll in finely chopped pecans. Serve with assorted crackers.
