STRAWBERRY-CHEESE BALL

1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 green onions, chopped
TO SERVE:
5 oz. strawberry preserves

Combine all ingredients and form into a ball. Refrigerate overnight.

TO SERVE:
Pour strawberry preserves over ball just before serving.
