ROTEL CHICKEN CASSEROLE
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of onion soup 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can diced Rotel tomatoes 1 medium onion, chopped 6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded 3 to 4 cups Monterey jack cheese or cheddar cheese, grated 1 (16 ounce) size bag nacho cheese flavor Doritos, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine soups, Rotel and chopped onion in a bowl, stir well.
Spray a 13x9 pan with cooking spray and layer soup mixture, shredded chicken, grated cheese. Top with crushed Doritos.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly.
