Lemon Chiken is VERY good recipe posted on this board I think I have gotton a lot of requests around here for fettucine Alfredo, easy recipe, you could add meat or chicken or veges if you wish It is easy too but you will prob. have to go to the store ...
since i think it's post is long gone I'll do again:
from memory ...
melt together
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 butter
3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
toss with:
8 oz. fettucine noodles cooked and drainded ( I toss in oil)
now this is nice to add any or all[?]:
tad garlic
fresh crumbled blue cheese
sauted mushrooms, juilianned luncheon ham & chunks of zucinie
sauteed seafood
any vege's
use 1/2 & 1/2 for part of the milk
buy fresh made flavored pasta
REALLY my family loves this, for picky eaters I just set aside some of the sauce before I add my other goodies, they can have plain ...poor souls ...
good luck!
OR what about crepes??
most recipe books have em, you can even find some pancake mixes that give instructions for making. EASY to do. I have filled with any cooked meat and then top with pie filling or jam & little whipped cream, kids eat em up. make sure filling can handle a sweet topping. do up the crepes remove to plate & fill each top just before serving
or
what about breakfast??
good luck,
