This is a very delicious chicken recipe. It sounds complicated but read it through. Once you start it's really very simple and very very good.
Chicken Spaghetti
Cook a whole chicken and debone. Chop the chicken in small pieces and set aside. (I usually do this the day before and refrigerate.)
Meanwhile, cook: 4 oz pack of spaghetti; drain and set aside
Melt in skillet: 2/3 tbsp butter
Saute in the butter: 3/4 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
Add: 1 tbsp. flour stirring to thicken.
Add: 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup butter Cook on low for about 15-20 minutes.
Add: diced cooked chicken.
Layer the cooked spaghettie with: the chicken mixture shredded cheddar cheese
Top with: crushed Ritz crackers and more shredded cheese
Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes.
