Crockpot Stew 3 lbs. stew beef 1pk. Liptons onion soup 1 can Golden mushroom soup. 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced 1 cup water. Dump it all in the crock pot and cook for eight hours. If you happen to have it available, use 1 cup red wine instead of water, but it is good without it. I like to add a tsp. of thyme leaves and a couple of cloves of chopped garlic, too. |
