When I used to live in the Midwest, I used to love getting Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches at many little mom and pop cafe's, and even some chains (like Penguin Point). Since I moved out of the area (Texas and now Maine), they are nowhere to be found.
How can I make breaded pork tenderloin sandwiches myself? Please explain in detail as my knowledge of cooking is pretty limited.
