One of the easiest recipes I have and the most loved is Pork Chops done in the Crockpot....and you can easily use a Roast or Chicken instead. Here's the "long" recipe :)

1 package of Pork Chops (2-3 pounds)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Place the pork chops (or roast or chicken) in the crockpot, pour on the soup, and then cook on low for 8 hours. You can add some peeled potatoes if you want.

It's really good and really easy...I can start it before I leave for work in the morning and off I go...when I get home, it's ready.

Have a great day :)

Jill
