Hi Kathy!

Your dinner sure did sound good -- so good in fact, i'm getting a rumbly tumbly! I, too, LOVE sweet potatoes & have a killer sweet potato souffle recipe - not a true souffle, but rather a very creamy textured sweet potato bake - i'll post it if u are interested.
