I made it last night for the bridge group! It is on the back of Knorr's veg soup box (which is great when you decide while you are shopping, to make it):

1 pkg. Knorr's veg soup mix
16 oz. sour cream
1 cup mayo
1pkg frozen choppen spinach, thawed. Squeeze water out.
1 can chopped water chestnuts, drained

Recipe says to add green onions, but I didn't.

Carve out round rye bread to hold dip. Cut carved out part into cubes for dunking.
