Easy Crockpot Chili Put in crockpot & stir once: 1 1/2 lean gr. beef (browned & drained) 2 cans (draind=ed red kidney beans) 1 chopped bell pepper 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/4 t. minced garlic 1 t. pepper 1 t. cumin 1 t. salt 1 or 2 t. chili powder 2 cans diced tomatoes 1 large can V-8 juice
I cook this on low about 5 hrs. (I sometimes don't use all of the V-8 depending on how much it cooks down - you can always add a little more later) I've been told Wendy's chili uses V-8 instead of tomato juice & I know my family likes it much better.
