Chili
1 lbs. ground beef 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 cup chopped onion 28 oz. can red kidney beans 18 oz. can stewed tomatoes 2 Tbls. chili powder 1 tsp. cumin 1 cup tomato sauce 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano
Saute onion, garlic and ground beef until beef if fully cooked. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15-20 minutes. If hotter chili is desired add 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper and a few dashes of red pepper flakes.
