Here's a SUPER easy one --
boneless skinless chicken breasts dijon mustard italian bread crumbs
Allow about 1 T dijon per 4 breasts.
Rinse and pat the chicken dry Spread the mustard on each side of the chicken with a kitchen knife
Allow about 1 cup Italian crumbs per 4 breasts
roll lightly in crumbs all around and bake at 400F. for 1/2 hour.
