Hope you like this one! It's about as easy as a recipe can get!!
boneless skinless chicken breasts dijon mustard Italian Bread crumbs
Allow about 2 T mustard and 1 cup crumbs per 4 breasts
rinse and pat breasts dry
spread dijon on all sides of chicken with knife roll lightly in crumbs
bake at 400F for 1/2 hour or until done
