Marla's coca cola pork chops? I got it from her home page, and it is truly wonderful. We have also used chicken with the same marinade and it turned out equally as nice. You could also heat the marinade until the brown sugar is melted, then marinaded with it prior to barbequing. I have found that a teaspoon or so of worcestershire sauce improves the taste. Enjoy Angel O:-)

8 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup ketchup
1 cup coca cola ( I used Dr Pepper)
brown sugar

Place the pork chops in a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the ketchup and coca cola together and pour over the pork chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake uncovered in a 350*F oven for 1 hour or until the pork chops are tender.
