FISH with a PAPRIKA CREAM SAUCE
900g firm white fish salt 50g butter 1 onion finely chopped 10 ml sweet paprika 150 ml sour cream 1 red bel pepper finely chopped 1 tomatoe also finely chopped
Cut fish into inch cubes,sprinkle with salt.Set aside for 30 mins.Saute onion in butter till soft,on a gentle heat add paprika and sour cream.Add fish and tom. and bel pepper.Cover and cook on a gentle heat for 20-25 mins(don,t over do it!)I serve it with noodles tossed in butter and poppy seeds. Yummy. Enjoy
