Thanks for posting such a luscious sounding shrimp dish. I happen to have scallops in my freezer downstairs. I am always looking for something new to do with them. One question...can I substitute dijon mustard for the bavarian? I don't have any of that and I don't think Shoprite sells it.

Other than that it sounds great and easy to do.
