CHEESY BACON MUFFINS
2 cups plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard powder
1+1/2 cups milk(you can use yogurt)
8 rashers bacon cooked and crumbled
1 clove garlic crushed

Sift flour,b. powder and mustard in a bowl.Add cheese.Beat wet ingr. together and add to the dry ones.Stir in bacon.Spoon into muffin pan and bake at 400f for 20 mins.I sprinkle a little ground pepper over before baking.Enjoy!

I do have a rec. for a chilled cucumber and strawberry soup for your hot weather if you would like it.It gets very hot here in S.Africa and my family adore this soup on hot days its really delicious.
