Here's my dinner menu tonight !!! Not to many more bbq days left, it's seems after Labor day, the desire for bbq in my house disappears !!!!!
Sirlon Steaks (marinading as we speak or E) roasted potatoes Fresh steamed Broccoli Sliced garden fresh tomatoes
STEAK MARINADE 1 CUP OF SOY SAUCE (I use lite) 2 LARGE ONIONS coarsely chopped 2 CLOVES GARLIC, halved 1/4 CUP GRAVY COLORING *(kitchen bonquet /gravy master 2 TEASPOON BEAU MONDE SEASONING (I use season salt) Combine soy sauce and garlic and onion in the container of an electric blender, cover and process at high speed for 1 minutee or until smooth. Stir in gravy coloring and beau seasoning or season salt. Makes 2 1/2 cups (I cut this in half for 2 to 4 steaks) Arrange in shallow glass dish marinade overnight. SLICED TOMATOES Slice tomatoes and arrange on platter, pour Wishbone Robusto salad dressing and sprinkle with parmigiane cheese. Chill for about an hour. This is so easy and taste sooo good.
The steak marinade is a bit of work but well worth it.
